I haven't read Reign of Starscream lately. Is this spinning out of that? And are we going to get an explanation as to how she became involved with Chromia and the other one? (And speaking of that one, are we finally going to get a definitive name for her?)

Yep. And a bit like the control-the-robots story in DW Vol. 1.

All three issues sound quite interesting (Ongoing, BB, LSoTW), but particularly LSoTW -- love that Nick is going back to Garrus-9. Maybe Fortress Maximus turns out to have merged himself with the facility!

Also, "Hot Rod" -- not Rodimus?

Makes sense, Thundercracker was one of the few Decepticons to make it out of RoS alive and he hasn't been seen since. Something bridging the gap between RoS and Alliance would be welcome, since an explanation for Arcee's new 'look' was something I wanted to see in Alliance.

I just had a bad thought. What makes us think we're going to be seeing Arcee in her original form in this? For all we know, she could be in her ROTF body already.

Yay on seeing Alex's style for movie-verse! Very Happy (Yeah, I'm peculiar - Guido, Casey, Don, Klaus, Rob on old school; Milne for movie-verse; Marcelo for Animated ^_^)

Mowry's got something...

I have a feeling this is gonna explain why we have three Arcee robots. As well as potentially tie in to the hatchlings.

I await a Mowry story with Thundercracker and Arcee though - he made me really like those movie characters.

Also - I think I see where Rodimus is coming from here. I get the impression he's coming to blows with Prime over the idea that they need to get back out there and fight the Decepticons (as granted, Earth is one small speck in a Decepticon-overrun galaxy).

Also looking forward to the Wreckers story. I'm guessing Garrus 9 must have fallen shortly before AHM, given Bludgeon was free.

If you look at the solicitations for December under "Transformers #2" it says "Things Fall Apart - Part 1"
Yet here we have "Things Fall Apart - Part 2" listed under Bumblebee.
I assume there's been some kind of mix up.

Likin' the sound of all three of the G1 titles there; Garrus 9 action, Bumblebee's team forced to hunt down other Autobots by Skywatch, an' Hot Rod squabblin' with Optimus (with a new addition; can't wait to see who that is).

What I want to know is, where is Ultra Magnus? Maybe he's the 'new arrival'.

Could well be. With the Con/Bot situation the way it is now, I don't imagine there's much interest in policing war crimes. Or possibly he just follows one of the presumably escaped Last Resort residents to Earth.

*C'mon, a Magnus/Shockwave showdown! You know you want it!*

This. All the way. Chris Mowry worked absolute wonders with his movie-verse stuff! Reign Of Starscream gets better for me with every reading. If there's any justice, we'll get to see some more from him eventually. I'd love to see what he could do with stuff in the main continuity. HINT HINT!

wow, these read really well, aside from the "apparent" glitch in the title "Things Fall Apart" really loving this hint at the direction that the writing teams are taking!

Love that there'll be some Wheeljack with the Bumblebee series!!! He has had so little to do so far, but when he's popped up in the ations and AHM he's stood out to me with a lot of coy humour.
