Good to see that my favourite Comic-Seller now also has the new ST-Comics from IDW in stock or better listed since it'll be a while before they're actually available and on sale.
So for my list of comics-to-buy, how many issues will there be for:
+ DS9 - Fool's Gold?
+ Alien Spotlight Vol. 2?
+ Captain' Log?
+ the Adaption of ST XI? _________________ 'Play with friends, be a Hero!'

I remember reading somewhere that the adaptation would be 6 issues. _________________ The preceding post is OK to print. |

Star Trek was gonna be 6 issues
DS9 I believe is gonna be 5 issues
Alien Spotlight 2 I'm pretty sure is 5 issues, I think the Cardassian's issue is the last one
Captain's Log I have no idea, probably somewhere between 4-6 _________________ "Let us make sure, that history never forgets the name...Enterprise."--Captain Picard |

Hang on... Alien Spotlights?
What other then the Vulcan/Andorian/Orion/Borg/whatever the other one was run?
When did that happen?
I know there's a Q spotlight out there but I thought that was a stand alone.
The only one I've seen in Oz is the Q one. There were others?
What races?? _________________ Ohh 'Eck! |

by the way....had some thoughts lately....now VOY 2nd decade started anew and Voyager along with a small fleet is making it's way back to the Delta Quadrant....I wonder if we get to see some of the aliens that the Equinox met.
And this got me thinking too if maybe there's a chance that IDW one day does a miniseries centered on the Equinox and their adventures out in the Black....would be cool _________________ 'Play with friends, be a Hero!'

One of the things about Trek (and Wars, Who and 'gate), that lends itself to this sort of EU fiction is that there is such a breadth of characters and locations and events to be explored.
Surely not everyone was involved in the Dominion Wars. It'd make no sense to pour everything into one conflict leaving other conflicts to fester.
Who is responsible for "shaking down" new technology?
Stuff like that is ripe for exploration IMO. _________________ Ohh 'Eck! |
