The scribe on writing chores is the same guy that's been doing the Avengers crossover. But I've not been reading it, so I can't really say what this new character is like, or even what he's called.

But yeah, Ramjet FTW. I'm happy to see some of the so-called 'minor' characters get brought to life, and I liked Musso's work on the Magnus spotlight, so this should be interesting. Wonder if we'll see the other coneheads too? We know Thrust was on Nebulos, but what about Dirge?

Any word on when it comes out?

I'm a big Ramjet fan.

I'm happy to hear this news but hope its the G1 (IDW-verse) character who runs head long into a fight.

I think visually he's a great character, and with his attitude showing how he fits in would make a great story. Get away from the hyper-intelligent TFs (Optimus, Megatron, UltraMagnus, Shockwave) get into some of the grunts.

When talks of a new character and this and that emerges it always throws me off some. Is Ramjet a brand new character for the sole purpose of creating a BRAND new character or is it a reenvisioned Ramjet? See...there's a huge difference depending on the wording.

I still think that guy in the Marvel crossover is Dreadwing.

What is everybody talking about? Its the same Ramjet thats gonna make his debut in the next issue of the Avengers/Transformers crossover. What Ramjet are you all talking about?

lord im lost now. i thought it was original ramjet now it looks like it could be something totally else. on the surface i'd lean on the G1 character but with the same guy thats writin the crossover writing this spotlight who knows?

personally i hope its the ramjet we all know and love. he's got bags of potential and i always had a soft spot for em after his hilarious cameo in the 2nd DW G1 series when he tried to take on the ark. only a single opening page but so summed up his attitude Very Happy

It is the conehead seeker, Ramjet is the New character featured in TF v Avengers. Somewhere along the line someone must have assumed that Ramjet and New were 2 different things.

It's cool to see they gave the spotlight to the writer I only assume Moore's a fan of Ramjet. I think in all honestly thats what the spotlights should be writers in and out of IDW writing about there favourite TF's.

The F-22 Raptor always seemed like an odd choice for the seekers, sure the F-14 was decommissioned but the F-15 is still kicking around, and as much as I love the modern redesigns IDW has put out to make Transformers look more realistic and credible, the seekers didn't seem to benefit from that change of aesthetic, imo.

But this looks rad, I was hoping we'd see some more of the second-wave seekers, and Ramjet's one guy I never knew much about offhand.
