Rather than clog up the forum with loads of threads here is one handy location for the miscellaneous stuff.

NIGHTBEAT

A tip of the nod to the first part of Matrix Quest and The Big Shutdown.

A4 card, non photo blue pencil, faber castell pitt pen (c - if anyone is interested) and a sharpie.

Hey man, that's really nice. It looks like it's straight out of Matrix Quest.

Can I ask, how did you do the old style print effect for your colours? I've been wanting to try out a similar style recently in Photoshop but couldn't find a good way to do it.

Cheers.

There's a halftone filter you can use in Photoshop which is what I use. It will take your foreground colour and use them as the dots and the background colour as the background against them.

Select the area of colour you want to change using either the magic wand or the lasso tool.

If you go to FILTER - SKETCH -HALFTONE PATTERN tweak the size of the dots and contrast and away you go.

I find it helps by having the halftones on a separate layer than my base colours.
