At some point, these were both shoved back a week in the monthly schedule, right? I seem to remember them coming in the second and third weeks of the month.

I believe the 'official' release dates are the second and fourth Wednesdays, except for months with 5 Wednesdays, when they come out the third and fifth weeks instead.

However, MTMTE was an additional week late the past two months, and I think it was because Milne was assigned to it at the very last minute, and that's why issue #6 has Roche doing a fill-in.
