I think that to have Grimlock totally separated from the other Dinobots offers lots of interesting dynamics. Im pleased by this decision! _________________ David J. Grew |

Yeah it makes a lot of sense. Both in a continuity point of view, to see the Dinobots still together but making their own path, their own future and identity without Grimlock pulling the strings. It'll be interesting if they have a subsequent 'Leader' (Slag?)
Also makes a lot of sense for storytelling as you guys pointed out, lots of opportunity for both series and writers, etc. Grimlock on his own is great, and seeing the remaining Dino's under John's hands - well, I can't wait, but it's not til frikkin' July! _________________ Twitter: @lukeabarnett

And is that Brainstorm with Rodimus? If so... where's his suitcase? _________________

looks like the fellow with 'Brainstorm'(?) has red and green, rather than gold. Doesn't particularly look like Hot Rod to me, but frig, METROPLEX transformed and DOWN. EEK! _________________ Twitter: @lukeabarnett

I think the "green" is just lighting. But the wings, the arm gun thingies, the knee pads... it's definitely Rodimus. _________________

Loving the images.
Having Grimlock seperated from the other Dynos is a good thing as it allows them to develop without Grimlock because as a group I find Grimlock seems to come more to the fore. This way they as characters get to develop.
It does look like Metroplex is down. I recognise his "ears" if you want to call them that and the fact he dwarfs everything. I really wanted to see more Metroplex but alas maybe not.
June and July seem to be the key months for TFs. Am excited for everything.
Damn you IDW
I have no patience at the best of times. _________________

I saw this at RoRc already, but I know there's people here who haven't, so:

I wonder if Metroplex's current state is due to Trypticon? We know he's gonna be seen at some point, though to be honest I expect him in RID. _________________

Only problem is Trypticon is closer in size to Omega Supreme, than Metroplex.
At least he was last time I remember _________________ "Running away with a Spaceman in a box, anything could happen to you" |

Actually, thinking about it, you know what COULD take down Metroplex
That virus (or a variation) that we've seen in MTMTE.
Doesn't matter how big you are, a virus could, if strong enough, take him down.
I seem to remember he was susceptible to the Hate Plague as well. _________________ "Running away with a Spaceman in a box, anything could happen to you" |
