SPOILERS
In the preview for GI JOE #2 we see Firefly and he LOOKS pretty Caucasian. In the Cobra Ongoing series Firefly is black but maybe he has gone rogue after failing his mission. There has been a theme in Cobra Ongoing that as soon as one character dies or leaves their organization, they get replaced by someone with the same codename. Could it be that Firefly was replaced by a more classic looking Firefly? I like the idea of there being two... |

I think it's just as likely a mess-up. It seems like IDW never put someone in charge of design continuity or assembled a character bible, which is why every artist draws characters completely differently and why it was pretty much impossible to identify a character in the story until he was named by another character. _________________ Author of Mr. Smartass, available for Amazon's Kindle, iPad/iPhone, and other e-reader devices and apps. |

| agreed. I like how Dell'Edera and Fuso drew him, but not a fan of howard chaykin's style. I don't think it is bad, it just isn't my cup of tea. |
