It's pretty cool that Grimlock is in FoC, but how is it he's a T-rex. They haven't been to earth yet so he couldn't have scanned it, and I'm pretty sure there are nodinosaurs on cybertron. _________________ Very Interesting.

I believe the official word was that they'd have a variant of the classic 'Shockwave on prehistoric Earth' plot to justify the dinosaur alt modes, only this time they return to Cybertron with them before the war proper moves to Earth. _________________ Cattleprod's guide to upcoming releases.

Because dinosaurs are the coolest alt-mode ever! What more reason do you need?
When you think about it, is a bipedal predator in space any less likely than a bipedal humanoid with 2 arms, 5 fingers, 5 toes, two eyes, a mouth and a nose? Is it really any less requiring of credulity? _________________ Andrew Griffith

Wot he said. I think it's stated somewhere that the developers asked themselves The Question, and that the answer they came up with was, "BECAUSE HE IS A ROBOT DINOSAUR AND THAT IS AWESOME." And that, rightly, was the only answer they needed. _________________

Grimlocks not just a T-Rex in space
he's a SPAAAACE T-REX
[apparently there's a difference? high moon keeps pushing the "he's a 'space t-rex" thing a lot. i find it slightly amusing. as if there's a difference?] |

Sir, there is a world of difference! A T-Rex in spaaace is a regular T-Rex, but taken to space. A space T-Rex, on the other hand, is a different sort of T-Rex, which may have different properties to your regular Earth brand of T-Rex.

Shockwave has already discovered earth, and been there. He captures the Dinobots and begins experimenting on them by giving them alt modes that resemble the creatures he saw living on earth..
He also experiments with there higher processing functions trying to get the "RAGE" factor up to maximize their destructive capabilities.
Its all in my FOC issue of Game informer. _________________ Everything I post is ok to print, use, copy, use for inspiration, promote world peace, change lives, etc...and so on and so on.
