Now that would be a shocker, wouldn't it? In #200 it is revealed both Snake Eyes/Scarlett and Flint/Lady Jaye got hitched during their vacation together in the Caribbean. It could be seen as some kind of flashback during a very tense situation.

Ohhh and then one of them could be preggers too!

Every single character that has ever been killed in the Hamaverse shows up again; and when asked "But... but, I thought you were dead?" they respond with: "I was. But I'm feeling much better now!"

Throwing in my vote for epic battle and double sized issue.
IDW can charge whatever they damn well please for it in this one case as far as I'm concerned. Hell I might actually even buy the multiple covers in this one and only instance.
As for Snake Eyes and Scarlet getting married (even though my wife and I had recently been musing how much we'd love to see that) it really doesn't seem likely. Too close to yet another personal tragedy for our favorite ninjas. Oh well.

Oh and since no one has provided it yet-
*rimshot* There you go Torpedo. That was well deserved.

I'd be careful about that people. I once PMed Larry Hama about Snake Eyes' & Scarlett's relationship in light of what DDP did in the vol. 2 days. Suffice to say if Josh and Brandon knew what Larry had in mind for those two...a LOT of Reinstated and Master and Apprentice I would be re written.

One other idea for GI Joe #200...let's see General Joe Colton, GI Jane, General Austin and the entire surviving GI Joe unit from Op: Lady Doomsday in action , Set it up as a tale where they're the only Joes who can avert a disaster. If anything else, it'll remind the fans who grew up with the cartoons that the Joes who started the 1960s and 1980s team are the real core of GI Joe as opposed to Duke, Flint, Beach Head, Lady Jaye, Cover Girl, and the others who only signed up later starting with GI Joe #11.

Also, I wonder if IDW's other GI Joe titles will join the 30th ARAH celebration with their own stories.

I think it should be an epic battle ending with lasting changes. A better version of ddp's ww3 where characters die and many teammates are given rare moments to shine. Whatever Larry decides will work for me. I would like Colton to feature prominently along with grand slam and some of the lesser seen characters. I would rather it not center on snake eyes.

You two are confusing ARAH Colton with DDP Colton. In DDP, Colton is an active duty General who later becomes CO of the team. In ARAH, Colton is nothing more than a liaison to the Joe team, operating the Rapid-Pulse Electron Beam Projector from the Chrysler Building, first established in Marvel #86 and re-established in IDW #167. Thankfully it appears that Mr. Hama is completely disregarding the events of the last two pages of #151 and all of #152.

Personally, I wouldn't mind an ARAH version of SKAR or even the Red Shadows make an appearance in #200. I won't go into detail, but it would be an all action battle with loses all around, followed up by typical Hama characterization as he develops this fourth entity and what their real motivations are and how they are a threat to not only COBRA, but G.I. Joe and Destro as well. So much potential there that could push the title in a whole new direction.

Edit: Yikes! How embarrassing. Thanks for the help, Torpedo!

Have all the members of Cobra that have been temporary allies of the Joes in the past show up for the wedding under a flag of truce and stay for the reception.

The building and Colton returned in that issue. I apologize for my post. It was very rude. I'd taken my sleeping pills and was edgy. But that's no excuse. I'm sorry, everyone.
