Y'know what - I was one fo the folks who wasn't personally enthusiastic for this project, but I am SO PLEASED that the fans who lobbied for this are getting it! It's a great reward for the hard work that went into the campaign - and check it out SIMON FURMAN WRITING TRANSFORMERS AGAIN!!!
So, y'know, I might just pick this up after all...

I completely agree. I never read the Marvel/Marvel UK series so I don't have a particular investment in this announcement, but I am pleased as hell that IDW is rewarding the fans and devotees with something they have campaigned so assertively for. Smart and classy move on IDW's part, and congratz to all the old readers who wanted this!

I'm sorry, but I find this amusing. I've seen now on fullmetalhero, tfw2005, and allspark people commenting on the extended run being 19 issues.
So for everyone who wants this, don't forget to get ALL 20
81-100 = what...not 19
