Tuesday I sent an e-mail to the "letters" e-mail address. Today I received a bounce. Is there a problem? Can I just resend or will this happen again?

Not sure, never tried it m'self.
Not to make any assumptions or anything, but you can submit through the message board too if you'd like. Just be sure to mark it "ok to print" if that's what you're after!
Cheers! |

Hmm. Shouldn't be, but you can also send right to dan@idwpublishing.com, too. _________________ Chris Ryall

Actually, the question I had was not exactly a forum type question, or one that is to print. Using the other e-mail addresses at the contact page just made less sense in this case. I already resent the e-mail yesterday anyway, I'll just see what happens first.

And what happened is, I got another bounce. I'll try Dan's address.

And that one bounced as well. They all bounce after 3 days.

Try Chris' -- if that bounces, something might not be correctly configured at the mail server you're sending from, as I've sent / had reply from that one fine within the last couple of days. _________________

Well, I am now "instructed" by Chris through PM to send both him and Dan an e-mail again. So I will try once more (in a few hours, when I'm home). And then we'll see. If after 3 days I get bounces again, I'm gonna take a closer look at the headers, see where exactly this happens.

It's 3 days later, and I received 2 bounces. I now tried again, this time through webmail, as my e-mailaddress is not an account with my connection provider that may help. Brilliant idea of a friend of mine. I've included bounce details in this. If there's a need for me to post them here, or send them somewhere through other means, just say so.
