BIO: Thunderwing was a brilliant Decepticon scientist. He was the first Cybertronian (except for Shockwave) to realize that the Autobot-Decepticon war was destroying Cybertron and depleting its resources. He developed the bio-cybernetic polydermal grafting process in order to provide a way for Cybertronians to survive the incoming apocalyse.
POINTS OF INTEREST:
* When Megatron learned of Thunderwing's grafting experiments, he was enraged and immediately shut Thunderwing's project down. Undeterred, Thunderwing secretly continued his research, and applied the grafting tech to himself. The process destroyed his mind and gave him unparalleled power, seemingly enabling him to tap directly into the energy of Cybertron itself. He turned into an unstoppable killing machine. * Some time later, Bludgeon assembled a team of rogue Decepticons and excavated Thunderwing's dormant body from the depths of the now deserted Cybertron.
