hard to imagine one man could have so many projects and sideprojects eh?
xD
i try to do as many sketches as i can as often as i can so as not to get too rusty [too much coloring and i almost forget how to draw xD]
but anyways, these are kind of my interpretations of the G1 toys. taking a few stylistic cues from the Studio Ox designs
im quite happy with prime, reasonably happy with megs, and on the fence with bumblebee. i need to play around with his proportions a bit more
but one thing i wanted to try to do was give off the essence of who these characters are as depicted in their original tech specs or what they're "job" is. Prime and Megs[whom i worked his silencer and scope into his bot mode] are military commanders, Bumblebee isnt the cute bumbling humanizer but hes back to his original Tactical Espionage self.
that kinda stuff
anyways, enjoy. they're a few weeks old but whatevah xP.

Josh,
Like BB, I always love you Prime, he looks strong enough to be the leader.
Megs is badass, love the shoulders.
Even Bumblebee looks bad ass.
I would love to see your take on Hard Head, who has always seemed like a badass to me. _________________

Bumblebee is sweet looking. I always preferred the toy head sculpt to the animated/comic model. It just looks so much better.

Pretty cool, Josh.
I find BBee actually the best of the bunch.
I really like his toy inspired mask. |

Fantastic!
Will we see a second version of Bumblebee, based on the animation model? |
