I actually don't like these two new covers too much, so I won't feel much of an urge to get these.
But is this a common policy to release new covers for already released issues?

I guess it really depends on the company. I know Image normally does new covers for new prints.

And I realize it says Delivered (at the address where it was sent from!?). I of course sent an e-mail about this to Midtown Comics, but haven't gotten a reply yet.

Anyone know if Jetpack is already shipping #2? I've seen a few listings on eBay for auctions that include the Jetpack, blank and micro for #2, and the auction pictures are actually real images taken with a digital camera of the comics on a tabletop.

So what are Dynamic Forces and Hastings doing for issue 3?
Midtown's first two covers were awesome but I am not a big fan of Gangnam Style. Nor do I like the idea of an half cover from Jetpack or Larry.

I get that "MLP:FiM Volume #1" is the first four issues in one book. Should I expect something similar with the micro series?

Yeah, the Micro Series should have trades of its own! I'm not sure how it will be spread out though. TMNT does 4 issues per trade for the Micros but they only have 4 main heroes. I'm assuming the trade would just be the standard 4, but it might be different considering there's 6 main heroes in MLP.

How many issues tend to be in a trade varies: used to be six issues was pretty standard for IDW, but I think nowadays five is the norm. I could see the micros for the mane six collected in a six issue trade though. Unless they also end up doing micros for important supporting cast like Spike or something...

That's good. I plan to buy issues #1 to #4 individually but everything else as trades.

I just got my copy and loved it! I managed to snag the 3 regular covers and the 10 copy incentive.

Anyone have any idea if Hastings will put up their variant online? If not, I suppose I'll just have to hit up ebay.
