So looks like Issue #2 was delayed to 1/2

....You know stuff like this probably would'nt happen it IDW would PRINT THEIR BOOKS IN THE US *or Canada again* instead of KOREA!

*Also sorry if that comes off as Xenophobic, but yeah, c'mon IDW. Archie, Boom, DC, Marvel, etc, if they can all print their books stateside so can you guys! Seriously are we really at the point where we are such a lazy society we can't print our own comics? I mean i'd even gladly pay a dollar or two extra for your books just for them to come in on time if thats what it takes to get you to print things stateside! But I digress*

On a happy note though at lest we will be getting 2 issues in January now

*if issue #3 doesn't get delayed as well that is* *knock on wood*

I think you can hardly blame a Korean company for an American strike. And IDW have their reasons for having their books printed where they do (cost, speed and quality are all factors). Also, delays can happen anytime, anywhere, for any reason, it's no reason to switch printing companies.

Considering the high quality prints that the first MLP had, I'm pretty happy with our printing company. And as Sprite said, it was on the US end that caused the delay.

Yeah, I've always enjoyed the high quality paper stock that IDW comics are printed on and the quality of their collections, especially, tend to be head and shoulders above what many other companies produce. So I definitely don't want them to change that!

So, it is delayed. Sad! However, it is out on Nook or Zoosk or whatever that app is called. (Sorry, spent the past few days at the hospital.) So I'm torn between having the release/review thread now, or wait for print.

As far as I know, you should not be able to get it through the Nook now.

If it's on the Nook, is there any reason for it not be avaliable at comiXology? I understand the phisycal copies are late due a strike, but why delay the digital distribuition?
