We've got big plans for next year for the book, including a fun first arc of 2013 and a fun backup or two (and some more behind the scenes sketchings, most likely, and more kid art!)
I've talked to Tom about the possibility of running a letter column as well. What do you guys think about that? Should I letter the matter drop or press on with my attempts to convince?

Are you kidding me?
Of course I vote yes on this idea! _________________ "Sometimes I think the universe just waits for me to get cocky"--Dr. Egon Spengler |

Hell yes Ghostbusters needs a letters column!!! I'd write in after every issue!!!
I dig the Ninja Notes letters column in the TMNT ongoing, even had 2 letters make it in so far, so of course I'm down for some letters action in Ghostbusters as well! _________________ Back off man, I'm a scientist. |

| I think that would be totally awesome. And I'm kinda jealous only little kids get to put their picks in the comic. I've been drawing Ghostbusters for 23 years out of my 27 years on Earth. |

| I most definitely would like to see a lettercol, but not at the expense of the fan art. I think it would mean a lot more to the younger fans to have their art posted than it would for the "grown ups" to see their letters printed. And mind you, I do write letters after every issue but even in those letters I stated how I don't mind never seeing them in print as long as the kids get their art posted. |

You know, I read things and I think them, but before I can say anything, mrmichaelt has beat me to the punch 9 times out of 10. I like the cut of your jib, sir. _________________

If there's going to be an ad at the expense of one more page for the comic, at least use a different ad... _________________ Ghostbusters Volume 2 #3 Notes |

+1 who would be up for a letters column, but like swordmaster, I wouldn't want the kid's art to suffer for it. |

If you get a lettercol, but not at the expense of fan art, I may consider even more strongly to pick up this "new" series. |

I would support a letter column, but like other said not at the expense of fan art. I also wouldn't want it to replace the back up stories either. I feel a lot of comics either have back up stories or letter columns... I can't think of any that have both _________________ "Keep your friends in your heart, your money in your wallet, and your package in your pants... and I won't disown you ~ Dad" |

Well if it wouldn't be at the expense of content, I say roll it out good sir, sure there are forums to discuss something in real time, but nothing beats the rush of writing a letter, sending it in, and then seeing that what you had to say was deemed worthy for print. _________________ "Keep your friends in your heart, your money in your wallet, and your package in your pants... and I won't disown you ~ Dad" |
