To quote Neville Sinclair, "It's a ROCKET."

Why people can't understand the difference is beyond me, unless it's ignorance or sheer laziness.

The last two issues of The Rocketeer, Cargo of Doom, has Cliff stating it's a Jet Pack. Thus justifying the continued misconception of the instument of his fame.

A jet requires an air intake, rockets don't have this feature. Don't believe me? Look it up. I suggest the writers of these stories go back to school to get a refresher on the concept between the engines.

The easiest way to remember what Cliff is wearing is to simply look at the name, Rocketeer.
