Gotta say, I'm a big fan of artists who incorporate their own SFX into their pages. Enjoyed this organic element of Simon's work on the Rodan story in the Legends TPB. Very neat.
(And it saves the letterer a bit of work!  )

You guys are right. If you look at the bottom of the image, we can see the top of the next panel. And it looks like we are seeing the top of Titanosaurus' finned head!
So, I wonder what is causing all that wind?
