Is there any discussion on releasing more than the first 10 issues of the Marvel Run in digital format? I would love to see more of my favorites for digital devices.

Thanks

Hi Mamu--

All of these issues will be added over the spring, in advance of the new movie.

Best regards,

Cool. I'm really looking forward to these. I wonder if they'll release 10 a week when they start or just add them all at once?

Just got this response from IDW.

Hi--

We will be adding all the trades we have published sometime before the new movie comes out at the end of June. Stay tuned!

Best regards,

IDW is in the process of putting their Angel back catelogue (INCLUDING trade formatted versions) online as digital comics via Comixology.

I'd say once that's done, we'll see something similar for GI Joe (and they'll be finished with Angel this week - so the first week of April for a digital "Classics Volume 1" leading up to a new volume or two each week until the movie).

I see on iTunes that Classic G.I. Joe Volumes 1, 2, 11 & 13 are on Pre-Order and scheduled for May 9th release. I wonder if we'll see those single issues in IDW's G.I. Joe Comixology app Wed?

I wish they had done single issues also... and I guess they are waiting on 15 till it hits stores in paperback...

I too wish they were single issues. I think they would look nicer in the app while scrolling through them, but these will do. Smile Is it Wednesday yet?

Yeah, last Friday I got onto my Nook Tablet for the first time in quite a while and did a Joe search just for fun. There's way more Joe product available now than the last time I looked - both classics and reboot. I went ahead and downloaded the trade for Snake-Eyes #1-4 when SE and friends attack Khalikhan's mountain base - Dixon's best scripting and Atkins' best interiors - very cool to have this masterpiece in my Nook now Smile

The Angel comics came with both individual issues and trade collections digitally, it's possible the same will happen here but just not advertised.

I've sent an e-mail to IDW asking if individual issues will be available also. I already have the individual issues of 1-10 of teh classic and would rather keep the single issues for uniformity sake.
