Its always difficult coming onto a board that has such a strongly knit community, but here goes...

I'm Sean or Megatron1701. I've loved Transformers ever since I was 3 when I was bought a G1 Scourge whom I still have! (And that was 25 years ago).

I love collecting G1 toys as well as CHUG and Prime figures, and I love the comics coming out of IDW (in particular MTMTE).

I'm from London, the proper one innit (please forgive me, I just had to!).

I do like Sci-fi, as well as the 80's lol.

Music wise I'm into metal, Pink Floyd and Elvis.

That's pretty much me!

Welcome Jetfire, but beware: many of us (including myself) know great wroth and jealousy at your meeting of the Holy Barber. You may not be safe!

Nah, srsly, wilkommen.

I'm not gonna lie, this isn't the first time I've been here on the forums, but I joined in '08 and managed to forget the information I had for the account to login. :C
Darn. Though that's okay.

None of you really know who I am anyhow, so let me introduce myself! My name's Berea, friends call me Bee (though not because I'm a TF fan, but because my name is hard to pronounce for some. In fact Bumblebee isn't my favorite character, I'm more of a 'con fan if anything. :U). Though you're all more than welcome to just call me by my username. I'm 18 and of the female gender~

My first contact with Transformers was when I was little, though I wasn't truly interested in the robots until 2007 when the TF movie came out. The movie caused me to seek out the comics, which then introduced me to the work by IDW. Ever since then I've had quite a marvelous time hunting down any and all comics related to Transformers and anything else that interests me. I've also had the amazing opportunity to meet editors, writers and many wonderful artists who've worked on TF comics at cons- all of whom are awesome inspirations.

With that being said, I've been to San Diego Comic Con a few times in the past- it was there at the convention that other users from this forum encouraged me that I might be interested in registering. Which I did in 2008 but I kinda stopped coming back here and my horrible memory made me forget all my login info. D;

I came here in the past with Transformers and art as an interest. That's my interest again- and I hope to be able to read mosaics and maybe help contribute to them, but more than anything, learn from other artists here and appreciate all the arts posted.

I'm still pretty new to the TF Fandom, but it seems to be one of the nicer fandoms out there based on the people I've met and talked to.

And I guess I'll add this little bit here as well- I'll be leaving for BMT for the Air Force at the end of July. So I'll get to enjoy myself here in what little time I have left before I become a busy bee.

Also loving the new MTMTE stuff! I can't wait to get my hands on future issues. :D
Hope to get to know you all and have a great time here in the forums!

I joined Transmasters in 1990 or 1991 when the Generation 2 comic came out, but I was a fan before then in 1986 when the movie came out. I wondered who the guy with the flame on his chest was when they ran promotional commercials for the movie.

Through Transmasters, I did a short run fanzine called Matrix Master which lasted I think 17 issues. I plan to do one in the future, but totally different that I would want to post somewhere here. I would just like to know what the limitations are because I don't see a FAQ for the overall forum boards.

I would want to eventually be a writer for IDW's Transformers and prove myself here capable of such a feat.
