Just need a detail for a fic I'm working on. Circa CCW, with Hawk off-base, Duke in the field, is Flint the SO after Scarlett? Who else might fill a duty roster?
Also in CCW timeframe... Doc seems to be stationed at Ramstein. Do we know who might be staffing the infirmary/ med wing at Baxter? Would Stretcher and Sideswipe be logical? Or would I be better off playing it safe and just inventing a couple of lower-rank medics, as it's just folks running out to meet an unscheduled Black Hawk landing? _________________ ~CSV

That is the problem I have with Dixon's version of Joe. Back in the day, Mr. Hama used the toy filecards (which he wrote) for the basis of the characters in the comic. The benefit was that it provided us with a rank structure and a Chain of Command, although Mr. Hama himself said it was pretty fluid. Unfortunately, Dixon is not following the filecards so we are at his mercy as it pertains to CoC, and as we have seen recently, his structure is even more fluid!
As for Baxter, I think you are fine to use Lifeline or Stretcher or Sideswipe. I don't think any of them have been really assigned yet. |
