It was mentioned that 13, 16 and 18 are being collected.

I could see Old Hob getting a micro. There's a lot of flashback story material of his run ins with Splinter and the 3 Turtles before the events of #1.

Also are these micro's essentially turning into a full fledged series of their own tying into the main IDW comics? I know they don't come out monthly but it feels like IDW has two Turtle comics coming out now which is good.

Almost like a new "Tales of the TMNT" these micros feel like.

I know.

Bobby, could you please suggest to the higher-ups that the version of #18 that Mark Bode personally colorized be included in TMNT Classics Vol. 1?

(mark bodes #18)yeah, I support that, the master of colors did it himself, so we should make it possible for all to enjoy his work once again!!!

Fraggin' great news about the micro series!!!I' d love to read a real interesting backstory of old hob!...up until now I think he appears a little hallow as a character...the newest issue gave him a little new spin but unfortunatelly he seems to be very naive more like a child really...wonder where that is gonna go...

Oh wow, great news!

As you can tell I'm a pretty big Ghostbusters fan too, so this has me pretty pumped. I was hoping to have David Peterson do interiors for Splinter's book, but I bet his cover will awesome regardless.

Thanks for the update, Bobby.

EDIT: Here's a drawing of the TMNT by Wilson III. http://ashcanallstars.deviantart.com/art/Teenage-Mutant-Ninja-Turtles-by-CP-Wilson-III-283608916

I'm really excited to be taking part, and hope I don't let y'all down!

Brian set a high bar for the micros. He'll be a tough act to follow. (:

I would also like to say, I would like to see the color reprint of #1, use the version Eastman personally colorized.

Hey guys,

Any suggestions about the color versions, I recommend emailing 'letters@idwpublishing.com' with the subject "TMNT reprint color" or something like that.

That way it's got a better chance of getting to where it should go, as opposed to relying on my memory which is overworked as it is! The suggestions, and interest, are appreciated though.

As for CP Wilson, I strongly urge everyone to check out his book 'Stuff of Legend" to check out his art chops. He's going to nail this book.

I just got my TMNT Ultimate Collection vol:1 and was looking at amazon.com.

http://www.amazon.com/Teenage-Mutant-Ninja-Turtles-Collection/dp/1613770073/ref=pd_sim_b_1

What is this?

Item Under Review
While this item is available from other marketplace sellers on this page, it is not currently offered by Amazon.com because customers have told us there may be something wrong with our inventory of the item, the way we are shipping it, or the way it's described here. (Thanks for the tip!)

We're working to fix the problem as quickly as possible.

Why is this under Review?

This is the second time this happened with Amazon but thank God my copy was fine.

CP Wilson III draws some mean TMNT. Can't wait to see his Master Splinter!
