Those are awesome concept designs! Thank you very much for sharing.
And after looking at them twice, I gotta say, I wish Hasbro had allowed the raised fin on the helmet. It's a cool touch that seems, I don't know, kind of Star Wars-y but in a good way. _________________ Author of Mr. Smartass, available for Amazon's Kindle, iPad/iPhone, and other e-reader devices and apps. |

That detail in particular was something I had put on Krake's initial design, which was my motivation in including it. That was actually a last minute deletion before we went to the final. It was on there for a bit.
I think having the smooth dome is more representative of the older battle helmet design though, so personally I agree with taking it off.
Good thoughts though! |

Nice work, Rob! I noticed you mentioned the Dreadnoks in your blog. Do you have IDW designs for the 'Noks? If so, can we get a sneak peak? _________________ Need to buy, rent or sell a home in DC or Northern VA, then contact me at realtorva@verizon.net |

Yeah, I can understand that decision; don't agree with it, but I get it. _________________ Author of Mr. Smartass, available for Amazon's Kindle, iPad/iPhone, and other e-reader devices and apps. |
