That seems like a little mix-up. I've bought it and Illyria is a regular TPB.

I went to my local comic shop and talked to the guy who told me about Illyria. He said that he misunderstood what I asked him. So, it was in fact a TPB that will be re-stocked at the store next month. Sorry for the confusion. That being said, if anyone with influence at IDW is reading this, can we get an Illyria HC? Smile
