Has Scott Allie ever discussed that particular scene in "Spike #7" (Buffy finds out that Spike is alive) with any member of IDW stuff?

If the answer is "yes", does Scott Allie know enough about that scene in #7 to make any assumptions on it?

2. Well, we're not exploring it any further. I don't know what DH's plans on, but, I think it's one of those things where...if they ever decide to go there, they will. But they may not. It may just be one of those simple, Buffy knew awhile back, and that's it. Maybe she just didn't have time to do much more. Season 8 was pretty hectic. :}
