I was first converted to Su-ism when I saw that cover for Infiltration with Ratchet, the one with the explosion - u know the one:

No offence - but you'd be a fool to miss it if he does the interiors in the same style as rev 4.
I thought that issue was gold - really gorgeous. I'd love an over-sized version of that issue - no text either. |
No, I'll be very happy to give it a miss. I didn't like the issue's colouring. It looks like 2000AD colouring from the 90s. I like that colouring on stuff like 2000AD's Slaine, but it looks awful on Transformers IMO.
Also it looks like the odd one out when compared to the other Revelation issues. They should have gone for consistency in the colouring style; the last issue reads like the odd one out.
If Chris Carter (Drivaar) colours it like Spotlight Cyclonus then I'll definitely buy it.
The other person who I think would do a good job colouring Su would be Josh Perez. His colouring on Alex Milne's work is excellent. _________________ Which robot comics do you own (non TF)?

Mmm... ABC Warriors...
Possibly an acquired taste, but I find it works exceptionally well for alien environments. Agree it'd have been nice for the series to stabilise on one art style, but I'd have opted for the 2000AD one had that been at all feasible. _________________

Ah, the suspense.
I'll go ahead and confirm a few things about this project.
It is indeed Spotlight Jazz.
And E.J. also will be doing the interiors.
As for who's writing it, I'm gonna hold onto that info for a bit longer... _________________ Denton J. Tipton

Shane McCarthy's made no secret that he's writing a few Autobot-starring Spotlights. If you're still keeping it a secret, then it can't be him... unless that's what you WANT us to think. |

Probably WANTS us to think that it's Shane, given Shane's earlier post at his blog. Who knows, it could be someone else. _________________

Awesome news!
It'll be nice having a SL on one of the main Autobots. And Jazz nonetheless...couldn't ask for more (ok, maybe a SL Prowl ) But seriously, thanks for confirming this Denton. _________________ 'The infection has been removed

You know it! Especially since you're doing the other cover! We can't let that one out of the bag quite yet though. _________________ Denton J. Tipton

Not yet. But it won't be E.J. He has too much on his plate at the moment to do that. _________________ Denton J. Tipton

So that now means we've got blurr(one of Shane's) cosmos(mowry's) and jazz. So jazz can't be by someone new as we still get two more by Shane and one by simon to make up the five for volume 4! _________________ STOP YER MOANING! YOU'RE STILL GONNA BUY THEM ANYWAY!
